About Udayo
Udayo (उदय — “rise”) helps people in Bihar and Jharkhand buy a running business, sell one, work out what to start, and find partners with the capital, land or skills they're missing.
What we do
- Buy / Sell a Business — owners list their business for free. Every listing is checked by our team before it goes live.
- Start a Business — answer five questions about your city, budget and background and get a shortlist of opportunities worth investigating.
- Find a Partner — say what you have and what you need; we help you find people who complement you.
How we make money
Browsing is free. When you want to contact a business owner or partner, you pay a one-time fee of ₹99, and your short note goes to them. If they don't respond within 7 days, the fee is refunded automatically. We also offer a detailed opportunity report for ₹499. We do not charge commission on deals and never hold buyers' or sellers' money.
